Havoc-wreaking GSC spirit "The Bugaboo" was envisioned by the Captain as a "bean-bag" doll -- before "Beanie Babies" appeared.

Harry Potter bears an uncanny resemblance to GSC's "Tim McCoy, boy professor."

While inspired by the "Goosebumps" rage ongoing in the mid-1990s, Ghost Story Club functioned as a uniquely original feature from the start. Allan Zullo's writing was ingenious, and working with TMS proved to be extraordinarily pleasant. Several other artists actually guest-drew three weeks of dailies. Captain Cartoon remains forever grateful to have had the opportunity to produce this unconventional feature.
